Clear terms, in plain words.

These terms apply to websites and digital services provided by NairobiSites. We keep them short and fair; the detail of any project is set out in your written quote.

Quotes & scope

We give a fixed price in KES after a short, free discovery. The quote lists what's included. Work outside that scope is agreed and priced separately before we start it.

Payment

Standard terms are 50% to begin and 50% on delivery, unless your quote says otherwise. Three months of follow-up support is included after launch.

Ownership

• Your domain is registered in your name.
• On full payment, your website code and your data are yours, provided on request.
• We don't lock you into a platform you can't leave.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties — for example WhatsApp, M-Pesa (Safaricom Daraja), hosting and analytics. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and certain options (such as native WhatsApp on a Google Business Profile) depend on regional availability.

Performance claims

We target high standards (for example strong PageSpeed scores and Core Web Vitals) and will show you the measured numbers for your project. Real-world results depend on factors such as hosting, content and third-party scripts. We don't promise search rankings or specific business outcomes, and we'll always tell you straight what is and isn't in our control.

Liability

We work carefully, but to the extent allowed by law our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work concerned. Nothing here removes rights you have under Kenyan law.
